  • 1/4 cup Epsom Salt
  • 1/4 cup Baking Soda
  • 1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Favorite essential oil if desired
Mix both salts, baking soda and apple cider vinegar in any container. Fill your bath tub with as hot water as you can tolerate. Add the mix inside and essential oils if you want to. Soak in for 20 minutes.
Clay Detox:
  • 1/2 cup bentonite clay
  • 1/2 cup epsom salts
  • essential oils if desired
Mix in clay with little amount of water in a bowl. Make sure there are no lumps. Add the clay mix and salt in bathtub (filled with hot water of course) and soak for 20 minutes. Or you can apply the clay all over your body, add salt to water and soak for 20 minutes.
Oxygen Detox:
  • 2 cups (or more) of Hydrogen Peroxide
  • 1 Tablespoon dried Ginger Powder
Mix the hydrogen peroxide and ginger powder in water. Soak in for 20 minutes. This bath is helpful during illness and helps clear congestion.
Warning: Do this right before bed because you’ll be light-headed, weak and dizzy after bath.
